We are seeking a highly motivated Chemist to join our Analytical Development Team for Small Molecules within the Advanced Synthesis Platform. In this role, you will lead analytical development activities for customer projects and take responsibility for the development, validation, and implementation of chromatographic analytical methods supporting the manufacture of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide scientific leadership and ensure the delivery of robust analytical solutions throughout the drug development and manufacturing lifecycle. Lead the development, validation, and implementation of chromatographic analytical methods (HPLC, GC) and oversee analytical activities within your laboratory team Provide scientific and technical leadership within multifunctional project teams and serve as a trusted partner to both internal stakeholders and external customers Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging analytical technologies, scientific trends, and innovative solutions within your area of expertise. Lead and develop a laboratory team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement What we’re looking for: Ph.D. in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field, or a Master’s degree with relevant professional experience Strong knowledge of analytical methods in general, with in-depth expertise in chromatography Experience in cGMP, API development, project management, and statistics is an advantage Reliable, flexible, customer-focused, and quality-oriented mindset.
