Join a PMC to direct architectural design & BIM for Data Centre Johor campus. 5 days on-site. Resolve clashes & code compliance. PMC & main con experience welcome. What you will do: -Lead architectural design teams to deliver high-quality design solutions. -Oversee architectural drawings, BIM models, presentations, and design deliverables. -Evaluate design variations, value engineering proposals, and technical solutions. -Run design coordination meetings with statutory authorities and project teams. -Resolve spatial clashes alongside structural, MEP, and BIM experts. -Maintain complete control of architectural records and revision drawings. Experience you need / About You: -Degree in Architecture or related design disciplines required. -Hiring from PMCs, client teams, main contractors, and Tier-1 subs. -Strong academic backgrounds can stand in for long years on site. -Clear verbal communication and precise documentation control skills are imperative. -Understand statutory codes, building specifications, and multidisciplinary coordination. Nice to have / Bonus: -PMP / PMI certification -Data centres experience -Prior hyperscale or mission-critical facility delivery.
