Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of ELV projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV systems.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Review engineering drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards.
• Lead project meetings and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage procurement schedules and coordinate material deliveries.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is preferred.
• Additional certifications in ELV systems or project management are an advantage.

Experience

• 8–15 years of experience in ELV projects.
• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager leading large-scale ELV projects.
• Proven experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and infrastructure projects.
