Tasks

Leading project teams and managing one or more (international) projects based on scope.
Drawing up working estimates and setting target budgets for the team.
Drafting and managing change orders, both additions and reductions.
Creating project forecasts and presenting them to management with clear justification.
Monitoring scope, budget, and timeline of the project.
Maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients throughout the project.
Following internal procedures and guidelines, while spotting and acting on opportunities to improve processes and systems.

Job requirements

MBO+ or HBO degree in electrical engineering
Several years of relevant work experience, within shipbuilding
Team player with a strategic overview and goal-oriented approach.
You have a commercial mindset and communicate clearly and effectively.
Proficiency in English.
