Project Manager – Mission Critical / Data Center Electrical Infrastructure
Location: El Paso, TX (Onsite)
Projected Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000+ base salary (commensurate with experience), plus performance-based bonus, company vehicle, company phone, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

As demand for hyperscale and enterprise data center infrastructure continues to expand across the United States, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex electrical infrastructure projects in the El Paso market.

Position Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the successful execution of electrical infrastructure projects from initial planning through final closeout. This role carries full responsibility for project scheduling, financial performance, client communication, subcontractor coordination, quality, and overall project delivery.
Typical projects range from approximately $3 million to $20 million and support mission critical facilities requiring exceptional planning, organization, and execution.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage multiple electrical infrastructure projects through all phases of execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate engineering teams, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project profitability, labor productivity, and cost performance.
- Manage procurement activities, equipment deliveries, and subcontractor performance.
- Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
- Review project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Ensure projects meet all contractual obligations, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Lead project meetings while maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders.
- Support project turnover and closeout documentation.

Qualifications
- Five or more years of Project Management experience within electrical construction, industrial construction, mission critical facilities, or similar environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects from kickoff through completion.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project financial management.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and cross-functional project teams.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is preferred.
