Cinergie Digital is hiring a Project Manager (Software Delivery) to plan, run, and control software development projects across Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) models. The role leads multi-disciplinary teams across IT departments and owns plans end to end — scope, timeline, budget, resources — for in-house builds and vendor product implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, run, monitor, control, and report projects in both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Develop detailed project plans — scope, timeline, budget, resources, deliverables — for in-house and vendor implementations.
• Lead the RFP process: requirements documentation, vendor identification, evaluation, selection, and contracting.
• Create project-specific governance and cadence for the right monitoring and guidance from the right stakeholders.
• Engage and drive multi-disciplinary teams across IT; manage stakeholder expectations via regular status reviews.
• Manage tasks, dependencies, risks, and issues; track progress to milestones and resolve blockers early.
• Control cost against approved budget, enforce quality gates, run changes through formal change control, and lead project reviews.

Required Technical Skills

• PMP certification is a must; Agile certification (CSM / PSM / PMI-ACP) highly desirable.
• Verifiable 8+ years of project management experience, including running projects the Agile way.
• 5+ years project-managing IT software development projects (application delivery, not infrastructure).
• Initial hands-on software engineering experience is a must-have.
• Experience leading vendor RFP, evaluation, selection, and contracting.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk, and change control practice (MS Project, Jira/Confluence).

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's in Engineering or similar is highly desirable.
• Clear communicator who fosters open channels with teams and stakeholders.
• Structured, governance-minded, comfortable running concurrent workstreams.
• Available to work onsite in Dubai.
