Role Description:

As a Project Manager Sales, you will lead customer projects from the initial inquiry to successful series production. You will serve as the key contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role combines technical expertise with a strong commercial focus to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead customer projects from quotation phase to industrialization and series production
• Act as the main interface between customers and internal teams (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain)
• Build strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth and long-term partnerships
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
• Coordinate and support technical and commercial discussions with customers
• Review requirements, drawings, and feasibility assessments with engineering teams
• Drive cross-functional project meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders
• Track project costs, quotations, and commercial performance throughout the lifecycle
• Support contract negotiations and customer agreements with sales management
• Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges by developing effective solutions
• Ensure project objectives regarding quality, cost, and delivery are consistently reached
• Promote continuous improvement and contribute to project management best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar technical discipline
• Several years’ experience in project management, technical sales, account management, or a customer-facing role
• Solid engineering background and ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes
• Experience in the automotive, industrial, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable
• Strong commercial sense balancing technical and business goals
• Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Europe and internationally as needed
