Gain hands-on experience with project management practices, including the Innovation Stage-Gate process for new products. Support the execution of strategic initiatives across new products, capabilities, process improvements, cost savings, and technology implementations. Assist in managing cross-functional projects by clarifying objectives, scope, timelines, and resource needs. Facilitate project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, maintain accountability, and keep teams aligned with timelines. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and adapt project plans as needed. Communicate project updates through reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and stakeholder engagement. Help maintain essential project documentation and support post-project evaluations to improve future processes. Your Education and Qualifications. Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in project management, business management, organizational development, communications or related field, having completed junior year prior to the start of the internship Solid organizational and planning skills are required Must be team-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently Must enjoy challenges and be adaptable to changes in project scope and direction Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and vehicle required.
