Data Center / Mission Critical Superintendent

Location: Pacific Northwest, USA

We are hiring for an experienced Superintendent to join a major, long term data center program in the Pacific Northwest.

This is an opportunity to join one of the largest data center programs in the region, with a secured pipeline of work extending across the next decade.

Positions Available:

• TI / Building-level Superintendents
• MEP / Electrical Superintendent
• General Superintendent

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead field operations across large-scale data center / mission critical projects
• Manage subcontractors, crews, logistics, safety, quality and project schedules
• Coordinate construction activities and ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently
• Lead and develop field teams while maintaining high standards of project execution
• Work closely with project management, engineering and trade partners to drive project delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on large scale construction projects
• Data center / mission critical (Semiconductors & Pharma) experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management experience
• Experience working in fast-paced, schedule-driven environments
• Strong understanding of construction safety, quality and logistics
• MEP / electrical experience highly valued for MEP Superintendent positions

Salary: The salary range will vary based on your level of experience, technical expertise, and the position you are being considered for (Senior, MEP/Electrical, or General Superintendent).
