Then the position of Project Administrator could be your next challenge.

For the Finance & Control department of the Animal Sciences Group (ASG), we are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and accurate Project Administrator to join the Finance & Control team of Wageningen Livestock Research in Wageningen (7 team members).

In This Exciting Role, You Will

  • Perform financial and administrative tasks, including invoicing and providing support to Project Controllers;
  • Be responsible for accurate and timely invoicing, mailbox management, intercompany (IC) bookings, and processing project milestones in Unit4 Business World;
  • Ensure the correct use of general ledger accounts and VAT regulations;
  • Work independently with a high level of responsibility;
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues within the Finance & Control team;
  • Work in Wageningen, with the option to work partly from home.

Your qualities

You will be a great addition to our team if you:

  • Have completed an MBO+ level education, preferably in a field relevant to the position;
  • Have experience in financial and/or project administration;
  • Are customer- and service-oriented;
  • Work accurately, with a strong focus on quality and results;
  • Have a good command of the Dutch language;
  • Possess a proactive and flexible attitude;
  • Are a team player.

In addition to these first-rate employee benefits, you will of course receive a good salary. We offer, depending on your experience, a competitive gross salary of between € 2,979.- and € 3,893.- for a full-time working week of 36 hours, in accordance with the CLA Wageningen Research (scale 7). Additionally, for this role a contract for 32 hours can be discussed. As for your contract, we initially offer a one-year contract that can be extended - if possible within (company) organizational circumstances - on good performance.
