Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and negotiations with clients.
• Assist clients in understanding the real estate market, project offerings, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated with market trends, legal requirements, and property regulations in Dubai.

Requirements

• 1 years of experience in UAE real estate (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai market and developers (Off plan & Secondary)
• English and other language speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have a strong interest in content creation (social media, property listings, and client engagement)

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Office 2201, DAMAC Heights, Barsha Heights, Dubai, Dubai, UAE

Relocation

Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to joining.
