Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis in Dubai.

In this role, you will guide clients through every stage of the real estate journey—from initial inquiry to successful closing. You will identify and qualify leads, conduct property consultations, arrange and accompany clients on property viewings, present suitable properties based on their needs and budgets, and provide expert market insights and pricing guidance.

Your responsibilities will also include managing property listings, generating new business opportunities, negotiating offers, preparing transaction documentation in accordance with Dubai real estate regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• Strong knowledge of real estate consulting, market trends, property valuation, and investment opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Outstanding customer service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, empathy, and a client-first approach.
• Proven sales abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and successful deal closing.
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate regulations and industry best practices.
• Experience using CRM systems and online property listing platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions.
• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related sales role is highly preferred.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates with a proven track record in real estate sales or property consulting are encouraged to apply.
