KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

• Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and community developments.

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online marketing.

• Present and show properties to potential buyers, highlighting location, features, and benefits.

• Prepare and present offers, negotiating terms for optimal outcomes. Guide clients through legal and financial processes of transactions.

• Maintain accurate records of listings, contracts, and client interactions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and referrals. Attend training, workshops, and networking events to expand knowledge and skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent with experience in Off plan or Secondary market.

• Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).

• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Online listing platforms.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for property showings.
