Property Consultant – Abu Dhabi

Henry Wiltshire International is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Leasing & Sales Consultants to join our growing Abu Dhabi team.

The Role

As a Leasing & Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing relationships, generating business and managing property transactions from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and landlords to secure new property listings.
• Promote properties effectively to generate buyer and tenant enquiries.
• Manage sales and leasing negotiations through to successful completion.
• Provide the team with up-to-date market knowledge and intelligence.
• Maintain accurate records, paperwork and client files in accordance with company procedures.
• Keep property listings and leads updated on the CRM system.
• Manage enquiries and follow-ups professionally and efficiently.
• Organise your time effectively to maximise productivity and results.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation for excellence at all times.

Requirements

• Previous UAE real estate experience is essential.
• Full, clean UAE driving licence.
• Own car.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market and major developments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven approach.
• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Well organised and able to manage multiple clients and transactions effectively.
• Professional Integrity & Ethical Standards.
