Role Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and property viewings
- Handle the complete sales process from prospecting to closing
- Provide expert guidance and exceptional service to clients
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, new launches, and developer offerings
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients and build long-term relationships
- Negotiate effectively and work toward achieving individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate client and sales information in the CRM
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience is REQUIRED
- Experience in Off-Plan or Secondary Market sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and sales mindset
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
- Good knowledge of the UAE/Dubai real estate market, laws, and regulations
- Multilingual fluency is a strong advantage – French, German, Turkish, Spanish, Dutch, Romanian, Russian, Mandarin, etc.
- Valid UAE Driving License and own car is a plus
