Our foundation is ABA, an evidence-based therapy focused on developing communication, social, and adaptive living skills. Our Model: Our centers utilize a unique Therapy Through Play model. We embrace the principles of Reggio Emilia by devising a Natural Environment Teaching (NET), child-led learning environment to deliver individualized, high-quality early intervention services in settings that replicate a natural preschool. Our Team: Join our collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and Administration. You'll benefit from cross-disciplinary collaboration and unique special visits, including music facilitators, pet interactions, and other partnerships. Clinical Philosophy: We operate with a strict non-restraint and non-seclusion policy. Active Learning: We utilize our outdoor play areas daily, moving therapy beyond the desk and into the fresh air. No RBT Shift Coverage: Your time is protected for clinical leadership and oversight—PLBAs are not used for sub-coverage. Relocation Support: Moving to the St. Louis area? We offer relocation assistance for the right candidate! Bridge to BCBA: Expert On-Site Supervision We understand that the transition from student to BCBA is a critical phase. At AB Spectrum, you aren't left to figure it out on your own. Dedicated On-Site Mentorship: Regular, face-to-face supervision with seasoned BCBAs who are invested in your clinical development. Licensure Support: We provide guidance and fee coverage for Missouri LBA applications once you pass your boards. The Role: Clinical Leadership with Balance Hybrid Flexibility: One protected remote day per week for focused documentation and treatment planning. Sustainable Pace: A strictly enforced caseload cap of 6 clients, ensuring you have the time to provide high-quality care.
