The U.S. Navy is actively seeking Psychiatrists to serve as Medical Corps Officers in the Navy—joining a team committed to caring for service members and their families.
This is an Active-Duty role for a Final Year Resident, Fellow, or Practicing Psychiatrist to become a Medical Corps Officer in the Navy.
Starting Annual Compensation: $300,000 to $340,000
Location: Full-Time in person position. Not a remote or telemedicine position. Nationwide.

Responsibilities: Offer comprehensive psychiatric care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions. Using psychotherapy, medication management, and crisis intervention, you’ll support service members’ psychological well-being in various settings, including operational, hospital, and outpatient environments.

· $600,000 Sign-On Bonus
· $48,000 Specialty Incentive Pay
· $8,000 Board Certification Pay (Once Certified)

Minimum Qualifications:
· MD or DO from an accredited school or ECFMG certified
· Final Year of Residency
- U.S Citizenship (Federal Law: Title 10 U.S. Code section 531 and 532)
