We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable and data-minded Quality & Materials Management Specialist to join our Operations Center. You will support both warehouse quality/timeliness and the full materials lifecycle—from demand planning and receiving to inventory counts and dormant-stock reduction. Through data monitoring, exception analysis and cross-functional coordination, you will drive issues through to closure.

What you’ll do
• Monitor, consolidate and communicate warehouse S1 timeliness metrics; identify root causes and track corrective actions to completion.
• Monitor finished goods pending dispatch for more than 72 hours, investigate FIFO exceptions and drive corrective action.
• Prepare daily warehouse timeliness reports for Europe, emerging markets and U.S. routes, highlighting performance, risks and exceptions.
• Coordinate operational requests from market stations, Sales and Customer Service; track lost-shipment write-offs and customer-service cases, escalating overdue or abnormal items promptly.
• Support procurement planning and materials-demand forecasting based on production plans, sales needs and inventory status.
• Verify incoming materials for item, specification, quantity and quality; complete receipt and update the inventory system promptly.
• Conduct routine spot checks and monthly, quarterly and annual counts; investigate and resolve physical-to-system variances.
• Manage purchasing, registration, distribution, allocation and custody of office supplies, low-value consumables and equipment.
• Drive consumption, transfer or disposition of materials unused for more than six months or held in excess.
• Support other related assignments from the line manager.
What you bring
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics operations, quality control, materials, inventory, warehousing or management support.
• Ability to independently manage basic materials receiving and issuing, with familiarity in materials or inventory-management systems and the ability to learn internal tools quickly.
• Foundational capability in data consolidation, exception analysis and written reporting, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, service mindset and cross-functional coordination skills, with the confidence to clarify ownership and drive follow-through.
• A careful, accountable working style with respect for process and detail, plus a proactive approach to problem solving and closing the loop.

• 开展日常抽查及月度、季度、年度盘点,分析并处理账实差异。
• 管理办公用品、低值易耗品及办公设备的采购、登记、分发、调配和保管。
• 推动超过半年未领用或库存偏高物料的消耗、调拨或处置。
• 完成上级安排的其他相关工作。
我们希望你具备
• 1—2 年物流运营、品质管控、物料、库存、仓储或管理支持相关经验;两年以上相关支持经验者优先。
• 能够独立完成基础物料出入库管理,熟悉物料或库存管理系统,并能够快速学习内部系统和流程。
• 具备基础的数据整理、异常分析和书面汇报能力,熟练使用 Office 办公软件。
• 良好的沟通表达、服务意识和跨部门协调能力,能够明确责任并持续推动事项落地。
• 工作细致认真、责任心强,关注流程与细节,能够主动解决问题并跟进直至闭环。
