The SR400 Express Lanes Project is a transformative $4.6 billion infrastructure initiative led by SR400 Constructors, a 50/50 joint venture between Flatiron Dragados and ACCIONA. Commissioned by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Georgia State Road Tollway Authority (SRTA), the project will add two 16-mile express lanes from Sandy Springs MARTA Station (Exit 5) to McFarland (Exit 12), enhancing mobility along one of Georgia’s busiest corridors. With a peak workforce of over 500, the project also includes dedicated bus rapid transit stations and key bridge refurbishments. Construction is set to begin in late 2025, with substantial completion anticipated in 2031. The Quantity Coordinator will be responsible for performing and supporting all quantity takeoff, tracking, and verification activities across the project. This role ensures accurate measurement and documentation of executed works, supports construction and commercial teams, and contributes to cost control, risk management, and contract administration. The position plays a key role in maintaining alignment between design quantities and constructed works throughout project execution. Job Description Responsible for the preparation, tracking, and updating of quantity takeoffs for the project. Coordinates with the Cost Control and Project Controls Department to support quantity performance and reporting. Tracks quantities executed in the field and ensures consistency with design drawings, models, and contract requirements. Participates in the review of project budget forecasts by providing updated quantities and technical justification. Ensures the accurate transmission of design and construction information related to quantities to the project team. Required Skills and Competencies Strong technical, organizational, and analytical skills. Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across construction, engineering, and commercial teams. Strong problem‑solving and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under schedule pressure and changing construction conditions. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Minimum 5 years of engineering or quantity‑related experience, preferably in roadways and bridge projects. Experience with MicroStation. Fluent in English.
