Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for an interventional cardiologist who wants to practice the full gamut of interventional cardiology!
Join three interventionalists in a premier, active, growing practice that was established in 1997 and is well recognized in the area. There is no managed care. The practice has a state-of-the-art PET-CT (accredited), nuclear medicine system (accredited) and echo-vascular ultrasound systems (accredited). There is an active vein treatment program in the practice.
The office is located only one block from the primary hospital. The primary hospital offers three state-of-the-art cath labs , EP Lab, an active open-heart surgery program with board-certified cardio-thoracic surgeons. A competitive salary and benefits plan is offered that includes a relocation package. Partnership is offered after two to three years.
Qualified Candidates
- Graduate of an approved training program in the United States
- Board-certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional cardiology.
- Texas medical license, or eligible for Texas licensure
- open to newly graduated fellows
- Training in Echo, Nuclear, TEEs desirable
- proficiency in peripheral interventions
- proficiency in pacemaker implants helpful but not required ok
Requirements
