The role is a part of the Oral Health New Product Development Team (OH, NPD) based at the Global Oral Health Scale-Up Facility (GOHSU) in Levice and supports the development of (OH) products. This Team is critical in supporting formulation, process development, scale-up activities, and the manufacture of products for pivotal stability, clinical, and other human-use studies. The team will enable our facilities to operate seamlessly, maintaining compliance with cGMP requirements and fostering a culture of quality and safety. (GOHSU) Technical Lead - ( Parental Leave Cover) The GOHSU Technical Lead’s primary focus is managing a sub-team to support manufacturing operations, process scale-up, and production execution within GOHSU. The role ensures compliant, flexible, and efficient delivery of manufacturing activities supporting pivotal stability, clinical, and other human-use studies across all categories for CHRD, requiring a strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and operational workflows. The role will deputise for the GOHSU Team Lead when required and support facilities-based initiatives, utilities, and infrastructure in line with EHS and GMP. Looking for innovative and better ways of working, actively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and eliminate non-value-added activities from processes and procedures. Key Roles & Responsibilities : Lead a team and manage their performance through objective setting and development of training plans focusing on developing expertise and teamwork to maximize motivation and engagement. Deputising as required for the GOHSU Team Leader Developing and championing scale-up understanding and process development, overseeing operations to ensure safe and compliant use of equipment. Creating, reviewing, and approving documents, including batch documentation, experimental plans/reports, change controls, deviations, technical rationales, and investigation reports. Exercising a wide degree of independent technical sophistication in accomplishing assigned tasks. Being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical/material risk assessments (TRA/MRA) from an equipment and process perspective. Why you? Minimum Required qualification: Degree level and relevant experience Ability to motivate and prioritize the work of subordinates and manage their efficiency to meet requirements. Ability to coach and mentor and a commitment to helping others with personal development. Ability to work independently within the agreed boundaries for the given role. Experience working with ERP/MRP systems, preferably with SAP being an advantage. Good knowledge of the English language (at least B2 level). Experience working with Excel/other relevant spreadsheet systems. Experience with Oral Health products -good to have Experience operating in compliance with regulations and standards. Experience meeting cGMP requirements related to manufacturing, equipment, and operations. Attention to detail and organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with others, extending across multiple organizational levels.
