A first level university degree (Bachelor's) in a relevant area combined with 2 additional years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree. Work Experience : At least 5 years of relevant work experience in construction, in project management, site supervision, quality assurance and/or other directly related technical fields is required. Skills : Project Management, Site Supervision, Quality Assurance, Public Procurement, Communication, Working strategically Language Requirements : English - Proficient/Fluent is required. Desirables: Language: Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an advantage. Humanitarian experience, Emergency experience, Experience with sensitive situations, Agility, and/or UNICEF experience will be an asset.
