AYN HR provides HR and recruitment solutions to start-ups and growing businesses across the UAE. We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Dubai-based real estate company for an experienced Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan & Secondary Market.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Real Estate Agent focusing on Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales. The role will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships and managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to closing.
Key Responsibilities
•Generate and manage leads for off-plan and secondary properties.
•Advise clients on suitable properties and investment opportunities.
•Conduct property viewings and presentations.
•Follow up with potential buyers and maintain strong client relationships.
•Negotiate and close property transactions.
•Maintain good knowledge of Dubai developers, projects and market trends.
•Build and maintain a strong client and investor network.
Requirements
•Previous Dubai/UAE real estate sales experience preferred.
•Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
•Knowledge of off-plan and/or secondary market.
•Self-driven and target oriented.
•Existing client/network portfolio would be an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
-Basic Salary: Commission basis 50%/50% Off-Plan Commission Structure: Commission basis 50%/50%
-Secondary Market Commission Structure: Commission basis 50%/50%
