WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔ Deep, on the ground expertise in The Valley by Emaar, Dubai South or Damac Lagoons ✔ Specialisation in townhouses and villas ✔ Experience across both primary and secondary transactions ✔ A minimum of 5 to 10 genuine pocket listings or available units in your community ✔ Real relationships with owners and investors who pick up your call ✔ A proven closing record, not just a listing count

If you're a generalist covering ten communities, this isn't for you. We want the person who knows every cluster, every layout and every seller in their patch.
