Key Responsibilities
* Generate new client leads for property sales, purchases, and rentals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with clients after viewings and meetings.
* Advise clients on market conditions, property prices, investment opportunities, and financing options.
* Conduct market research and comparative property analysis.
* Develop competitive property pricing based on current market conditions.
* Source and maintain a portfolio of properties for sale and rent.
* Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to potential clients.
* Prepare and present offers to sellers and landlords.
* Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
* Assist clients throughout the sales and leasing process.
* Coordinate and review transaction documentation to ensure all requirements are completed.
* Promote properties through listings, advertisements, social media, and other marketing channels.
* Maintain accurate records and update activities through the company's CRM.
* Stay updated with Dubai's real estate market, regulations, projects, and investment opportunities.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
* Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
* Fresh candidates with a strong sales mindset are welcome to apply.
* Excellent English communication skills – written, reading, and speaking are essential.
* Additional languages are an advantage.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
* Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage.
* Ability to conduct market research and identify profitable opportunities.
* Highly motivated, energetic, disciplined, and target-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
* Real estate experience and RERA certification are preferred.
