We're seeking driven, polished individuals ready to break into the world of luxury real estate — no prior experience required. You'll be fully trained by our team to become an expert in Dubai's property market and flagship projects, then represent multi-million-dirham properties to a global clientele.

💰 This is a commission-only role — with unlimited earning potential.

𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱. We invest in you from day one, turning you into a Dubai real estate specialist through comprehensive training and mentorship.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴. Begin building your pipeline and closing deals with full marketing and back-office support.

𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 → 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂. Once you close your first transaction, we begin your relocation to Dubai, with your visa fully sponsored and covered by Atria Properties.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲? No problem. You can continue working remotely from your own country — the choice is entirely yours.

🔑 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Represent luxury properties to HNW and UHNW clients with discretion and professionalism.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.

• Advise clients on Dubai market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.

• Conduct virtual and in-person property presentations and private tours.

• Negotiate and close high-value property transactions.

• Stay current on Dubai's luxury communities, projects, and regulations (we'll teach you all of it).

📌 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• EU-based and eligible to work.

• Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven — a genuine hunger to succeed.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English (Italian, German, Greek, French or other European languages a strong plus).

• Confident, presentable, and client-focused.

• Real estate experience is welcome but not required — we provide the training.
