Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, following up with prospects, and scheduling property viewings and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers, investors, and property clients.
• Respond to inquiries and provide basic information about available properties.
• Understand clients’ requirements, budget, and preferred locations.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospective clients through calls and messages.
• Schedule property viewings and meetings with property consultants.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups.
• Update customer information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with sales agents to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Confident and professional
• Sales/telecalling experience preferred
• Real estate experience is a plus
• Basic CRM/computer knowledge
• Target-oriented and motivated
