Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
• Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean and organized.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Provide administrative support to different departments as required.
• Maintain accurate records and update company databases.
• Assist with office supplies inventory and general office coordination.
• Respond to client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
• European speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
