Recruitment Consultant

An opportunity has arisen for a German speaking Recruitment Consultant to join a market leading Recruitment Company, based in the London but focusing solely on the German market.

The client specialises in German Engineering and Mission Critical roles and is a true market leader with exclusive terms with some of the biggest and recognisable brands in Germany.

There are large amounts of incoming roles on warm accounts, and the client is open to delivery consultants, account managers and 360 consultants, though all consultants will have incoming roles to work from day 1.

Previous recruitment experience is essential - candidates without agency recruitment experience will not be considered.

However, the client is open to any sector experience and will provide training.

The client will provide

• Salaries of £32,500-50,000, depending on experience
• No threshold comms scheme with additional bonus scheme on top, paid monthly
• Visa for the right candidate, if necessary
• Monthly training and team building days
• Potential for equity in the business.
