Job Location: Lake Odessa, MI Job Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 2nd Compensation: $29.00-$41.00/hr Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 Relocation Bonus: $5,000 Benefits Information $4 shift differential (2:00pm – 6:00am) Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Maintain all aspects of the facility's industrial ammonia system, including exposure to water treatment chemicals with some guidance Complete preventative, predictive and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility receiving minimal guidance and instruction Demonstrate proficiency in various systems and applications, such as computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), Process Safety Management, wastewater systems and operations Follow established processes and procedures to document completed work and the conditions found, utilizing maintenance computer software Operate forklifts and scissor lifts following standard production documentation May contribute to projects and pursue continuous improvement opportunities according to business strategy and supervisor Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment Availability to work outside of normal shift up to including weekend and off shift hours as needed Willing to wear a full-face breathing respirator mask and be a part of the HAZMAT team Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to read, write, and speak English Have the Ammonia Refrigeration Systems Certification – Operator Level 1 Preferred Qualifications Experience effectively using typical industrial maintenance test and calibration equipment Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and other technical diagrams Knowledge of Ammonia Refrigeration, Compressed Air, Boiler, and Wastewater Systems Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems up to 480 VAC Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
