What You’ll Do As a Regional Manager, you will oversee multi‑market EMS operations with a focus on inter‑facility transport. Your leadership will directly influence service quality, operational efficiency, and customer partnerships. You will: Provide strategic oversight of EMS operations across your assigned region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and performance expectations. Lead, mentor, and develop Operations Managers and field leaders to build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Drive regional growth by expanding service lines, strengthening relationships with healthcare systems, and identifying new business opportunities. Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to implement data‑driven strategies that enhance service delivery, efficiency, and patient care. Collaborate with healthcare partners, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and strengthen long‑term partnerships. Conduct customer partnership reviews, track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and gather actionable feedback. Oversee workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies to support sustainable regional operations. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational risk to ensure financial stability and service excellence. Champion quality assurance initiatives and lead regional responses to audits, inspections, and incident reviews. What You Bring 7+ years of progressive EMS leadership experience, including multi‑site or regional oversight. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Deep understanding of EMS protocols, compliance standards, and healthcare partnerships. Certified EMT or Paramedic (state‑specific); NREMT required.
