Your mission is to develop, inspire, and elevate our Ready Mix Operators, ensuring every employee is set up for long-term success while strengthening our culture across the region. Your Mission & Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Identify, interview, and select top-tier CDL and Ready Mix Operator candidates Lead engaging and impactful new hire orientation and onboarding programs Train and develop Ready Mix Drivers/Operators on safety, quality, and operational excellence Mentor, manage, and support plant-level trainers, ensuring consistent and high-quality training across locations Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate experience, coordinating with recruiting and HR teams Travel regionally to evaluate training effectiveness, provide coaching, and support field teams Promote and uphold SRM’s 5 Principles: Safety, Quality, Kindness, Cleanliness, and Go-Getter mindset Foster a strong workplace culture focused on recognition, encouragement, and employee development Support ongoing training programs, performance improvement, and workforce development initiatives What Sets You Apart We’re looking for a people-first leader who can train, motivate, and inspire others while maintaining high standards.
