What You’ll Do: 1. Provide Nutrition assessments and patient care planning in rehab setting. 2. Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy to patients in a rehabilitation setting, supporting recovery, healing, and improved quality of life through the power of Food as Medicine. 3. Educate patients regarding nutrition to promote wellness. 4. Collaborate with RDs, Physicians, Speech & Occupational Therapists. Who should apply: 1. RD2Be/RD Eligible candidates. 2. Graduating dietetic interns-No Experience Needed. 3. Entry-level candidates passionate about nutrition and patient care 4. Experienced RD's are welcome 5.
