Cleveland House £55,000 to £60,000 DOE Full Time – 37.5 hours plus some on call work Cleveland House is located in Banks, Southport, in the west of Lancashire. It offers residential support for 32 males and females with an acquired brain injury (ABI), progressive neurological condition (PNC) and associated physical health needs. We are located on a residential housing estate. We can also support those who have: Conditions such as epilepsy Difficulties with communication Difficulties with swallowing May need respiratory support through a ventilator and/or tracheostomy As the CQC Registered Manager at Priory, you will take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing all areas including budgets, quality, compliance, and the delivery of outstanding care. You will support and inspire your team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, helping them achieve their goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage in meaningful activities within the community. What you'll bring to the role Essential for the role You will be NMC or HCPC registered You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be working towards it Experience supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). Experience working within neurological rehabilitation. The following experience would be beneficial Experience in tracheostomy management. Experience supporting people who require long-term ventilation.
