An opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to join the Neonatal Unit within NHS Forth Valley. Our Level 2 unit provides high-quality, family-centred care to babies requiring special care, high dependency and intensive care support.

As a Neonatal Staff Nurse, You Will
- Deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based care to neonates and their families
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Support parents to develop confidence in caring for their baby
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and service development
- Participate in a structured preceptorship and clinical development programme
We Are Looking For Individuals Who
- Are Registered Nurses (Child & Adult background considered)
- Qualified in Speciality qualification.
- Demonstrate a passion for neonatal and family-centred care
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are adaptable, compassionate and motivated to learn
- Can work effectively in a dynamic and often fast-paced environment
