Join a collaborative team surrounded by the beautiful Montana wildlife and scenery! $20,000 Retention Bonus Up to $7,000 in Relocation Assistance Pay: $35.00 - $52.00/hour Registered Nurse Opportunity: Full-time, permanent, direct hire Schedule: 3x12, day shift and night shift available Stackable Shift Differentials for nights and weekends ($2.00/hour) Comprehensive Benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage Registered Nurse Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical and mental status Coordinating with other healthcare professionals in the facility to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care Facilitating patient admissions and discharges, ensuring all protocols are followed and necessary arrangements are made Maintaining thorough and accurate patient records, including but not limited to: assessments, interventions, medications administered, and patient outcomes Registered Nurse Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred Montana RN License or Compact RN License (or eligibility and ability to obtain) BLS Certification 1 year of previous Med/Surg Nursing experience required The Surrounding Area Offers a rich blend of history and outdoor recreation, primarily centered around the Missouri River The surrounding wilderness is rich in wildlife, including diverse bird species, deer, antelope, elk, and more, offering an opportunity to appreciate the beauty of wildlife in their natural habitat A great place to live, offering great schools, housing opportunities, affordable cost of living, and more
