The Birth Center is a 44-bed unit at the St. Cloud Hospital and is the largest birthing center in Central Minnesota! We perform approximately 2,900 deliveries a year and are equipped to deliver outstanding care at every stage of pregnancy. It is our mission to make labor and delivery as safe as possible, preserving the health of mother and infant throughout the process. Patients cared for include infants from early to post term gestation and childbearing women and their families. Our Registered Nurses (RN) can choose to work within an OB Specialty they are passionate about – whether that’s low/high risk OB, postpartum including lactation support, and/or specialty newborn care. We also have 24-hour OB and anesthesia presence. Current Opening Full-time | 60-72 hours every two weeks | onsite 12-hour day/night rotation | 7am-7:30pm & 7pm-7:30am Every other weekend (Friday-Sunday) | holidays per unit policy Pay and Benefits: Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts Up to $8,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates! benefits : Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!
