About this Job MedStar Harbor Hospital is looking for an experienced psychiatric nurse to join our Adult Inpatient Behavioral Health unit. Available Roles: Full-time Dayshift Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Unit : Three 12-hour shifts and every 3rd weekend, 36 hours per week Unit Highlights 36-bed acute adult inpatient psychiatry beds spread across two units of 24 and 12 beds, respectively Evidenced-based mental health treatment Hospital-based Protection Services (Security) Department Opportunity to be engaged with change management High Reliability Organization with a Just Culture/Culture of Safety Supportive environment Magnet hospital Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. This position has a hiring range of USD $36.50 - USD $60.34 /Hr.
