Registered Nurse (RN) – Extended Care - FT Glendive Medical Center | Glendive, Montana Full-Time | Three 12-Hour Shifts per Week | Starting Wage: $31.63+/hour (based on experience) + Applicable Differentials Providing Compassionate Care That Makes a Difference Glendive Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Long-Term Care team. In this role, you'll provide skilled nursing care, oversee resident care delivery, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to support the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. What You'll Do Asses, monitor, and evaluate resident health status Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans Document assessments, care, and resident progress accurately Collaborate with providers, residents, families, and care team members Identify and report changes in resident conditions Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings Supervise and support CNAs and other non-licensed staff Promote compliance with nursing standards, regulations, and facility policies Contribute to a safe, respectful, and resident-focused environment Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana or Compact License Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor staff Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer programs Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to perform the physical demands associated with direct resident care Schedule Details Full-time, three 12-hour shifts Weekend and holiday rotation required Compensation and Employee Benefits In addition to competitive pay, we offer recruitment incentives such as a sign-on, relocation, retention, and tuition reimbursement specific to the candidate.
