Position: R egistered Nurse Department: Surgical Stepdown IMCU Schedule: 24 Hour Day/ Night Rotation with rotating weekends ABOUT THE Critical Care/3W IMCU DEPARTMENT AT BOSTON MEDICAL CENTER: BMC's Surgical Step Down unit is a 38-bed unit providing care for intermediate level surgical patients. The patient population consists of post-operative and surgical specialty patients, including trauma, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, transplant patients and cardiothoracic surgery. POSITION SUMMARY: As an RN in the Critical Care unit, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care. Using our patient-centered care model you will be uplifted by a supportive nursing organization, and will be able to deliver the excellent care to your patients that they deserve. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
