This is a full-time, night shift opportunity. We are looking to hire an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in high-stress, fast-paced environment. Registered Respiratory Therapist Job Responsibilities: Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with breathing disorders Administering respiratory therapies Performing and interpreting diagnostic tests Monitoring and managing mechanical ventilators for patients who require respiratory support Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Providing patient education and support on proper breathing techniques, medication usage, and lifestyle changes Maintaining accurate and complete patient assessments, treatments, and progress documentation ​ Registered Respiratory Therapist Education & Credential Requirements: Associate of Science Required Basic Life Support (BLS) Required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred Or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Preferred Or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification Preferred Florida Licensed Respiratory Therapist Required-DOH If you are interested in this Full-time night shift Registered Respiratory Therapist position at Baptist Silverleaf located in St. Augustine, please apply now!
