Regulatory Affairs & Packaging Specialist (EU Compliance)

We are currently looking for a Regulatory Affairs & Packaging Specialist to join our main office in Warsaw.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and maintenance of compliance documentation for the EU market: PIF, CPSR, and product registration in CPNP.
• Audit of product formulations (INCI) for compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 (checking preservatives, UV filters, and ingredient restrictions).
• Final sign-off on label and packaging designs prior to production.
• Verification of cosmetic claims and labeling compliance (country of origin, batch codes, expiration dates, warnings).
• Verification of documentation from non-EU manufacturers against GMP / ISO 22716 standards.
• Monitoring changes in EU cosmetic regulations and maintaining the internal product database up to date.

What We Are Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with EU cosmetic regulations and deep knowledge of PIF, CPSR, CPNP, and INCI.
• Proven track record in auditing and approving product labels prior to print production.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian for internal communication.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English (confident handling of technical and legal documentation).
• High level of autonomy: ability to make independent decisions regarding product readiness for market launch.
