Plant/Site: JBS Dinmore Plant Req Id: 16094 Date Posted: 11 Sept 2026 About the Role At JBS Dinmore, we are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our Maintenance team and play a key role in improving equipment performance, reducing downtime and increasing asset reliability across one of Australia's largest manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work closely with maintenance and production teams to analyse equipment performance, maintenance data and failure trends, identifying practical opportunities to improve plant availability and efficiency. You will lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions and optimise preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximise asset performance throughout the equipment lifecycle. The role will also involve supporting shutdowns, maintenance planning, condition monitoring programs, capital projects and equipment commissioning activities, while maintaining accurate records within CMMS systems. Success in this position will come from your ability to drive measurable reliability improvements, support safe and cost-effective production outcomes, and work collaboratively across the site to improve equipment effectiveness, asset health and operational performance. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Degree qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or a related Engineering discipline Experience in a Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Asset Engineer or similar role Strong understanding of reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) principles and asset management practices Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing reliability improvements Knowledge of preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs Experience using CMMS and maintenance management systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Ability to work effectively within a large-scale manufacturing, food processing, mining, heavy industrial or processing environment A commitment to safety, innovation and continuous improvement Why Join JBS?
