Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead or participate in "Deep Dive" investigations into equipment failures to identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions. Maintenance Strategy: Help develop and refine Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance ( PdM ) program for complex EDM and ECM assets to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF). Criticality Analysis: Evaluate equipment criticality to prioritize maintenance activities and optimize spare parts inventory for high-impact production machines. Standards & Safety: Enhance and maintain technical knowledge of current standards, codes, and procedures regarding safe and effective use of production equipment.
