Your Role As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Representative, you'll help customers by providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Assisting customers via phone, chat, and email Handling and following up on customer inquiries until they are successfully resolved Delivering excellent customer service while representing a well-known international brand Building professional relationships with customers through empathy and effective communication Working towards individual and team performance goals What You'll Bring Fluency in Danish Good English communication skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Good computer skills The ability to multitask and stay organized A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment Why this role is a great opportunity This is more than a customer support job.
