Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential business opportunities in the Dutch market
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies
Prepare and present reports to management on sales performance, goals, and forecasts
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets

Requirements:

Fluent Dutch speaker with B2 level English proficiency
Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
