Whitewill Real Estate is seeking skilled and motivated Rental Real Estate Brokers to join our prestigious team in Dubai. Responsibilities:

• Manage and process a high volume of incoming rental inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Understand clients' requirements and quickly identify suitable rental properties based on their budget, preferred location, and lifestyle.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate rental terms, and facilitate the entire rental process from inquiry to contract signing.
• Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in real estate, with rental experience in Dubai being a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai rental market, including key communities, buildings, and rental trends.
• Fluent in English; Russian language skills will be a major advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft 360 tools and familiar with modern CRM systems.
• Confident, proactive, and highly responsive, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
