Research Scientist | FinTech | Dubai
We’re partnering with a rapidly expanding FinTech firm in Dubai that is building out its AI and research capability and looking to hire a Research Scientist.
This is a highly technical role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of cutting-edge research and real-world product development, taking new ideas from experimentation through to production.
What we’re looking for:
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics or a related technical field
• Strong experience across Machine Learning / Deep Learning
• Track record of research through publications or significant applied research projects
• Strong Python and modern ML framework experience
• Ability to translate research into scalable, production-ready solutions
• Experience within FinTech, financial services or similarly complex environments is advantageous
