Position Details: Full-time and part-time openings available Shifts Available: Day/Night Rotation, Day/PM Rotation, or Nights only. Every third weekend and rotating holidays is required Starting rate of $33.78/hr + more for experience Shift Differentials: PM – $2.50/hour | Nights – $4.00/hour | Weekends - $3.00/hour Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin What You’ll Do: Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings What You’ll Receive: $15K sign-on bonus for candidates with 2yr+ experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366) $10K sign-on bonus for candidates with less than 2 years of experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366) $15K in relocation assistance for eligible candidates (Must be relocating more than 100 miles away from La Crosse, WI) A welcoming, engaged team environment that supports both new and experienced staff Comprehensive training and mentorship Industry-leading retirement and healthcare benefits What You Need: Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – National Board for Respiratory Care Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) – State of Wisconsin Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – within 2 years of hire Current Infant-Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers About Emplify Health: Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin.
