Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Retail Assistant Manager for our IGA to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

Key Duties

• Support the Retail Manager in the day to day running of the IGA.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of store ensuring a high level of cleanliness and tidiness.
• Assist with staff management including rostering, performance counselling, coaching and training and performance reviews.
• Liaise with the Supervisor in the management of daily staff and running issues.
• Set an example of professional behaviors, including presentation and conduct, for all team member to follow.
